Quality Policy Statement

It is the policy of Douglass Precision Sewing, LLC, to provide our customers with the highest attainable quality in our products and services. All our products shall be acceptable for their standard use and delivered in conformance with the purchaser’s quality specifications.

The Executive Management Team has the final responsibility to ensure that this policy is carried out and that quality meets or exceeds all standards. The Quality Manager is charged with meeting this requirement through the President and Production Manager. Furthermore, all levels of our organization are trained and actively involved in the implementation of our Quality system.

Douglass Precision Sewing’s quality system stresses Total Quality Commitment. We seek to establish a secure “Partnership” arrangement with our customers. With this type of relationship we can:
